Quote & Proposal Terms

Last updated: October 7, 2026.

Requests are not automatically accepted orders

Submitting a quote or proposal request does not create an obligation for Rhumbu LLC to perform services. A request is subject to review, scope validation, availability and commercial approval.

Scope and assumptions

Quotes and proposals may identify assumptions, exclusions, equipment requirements, travel, site conditions, third-party dependencies, taxes, permits, shipping, after-hours work and other conditions. Changes to scope may change pricing, timing or deliverables.

Validity

Unless a written quote or proposal states a different validity period, pricing and availability are subject to change and are not guaranteed until accepted under the applicable commercial terms.

Acceptance

An electronic or written acceptance is effective only as described in the applicable proposal, quote, statement of work or service agreement. Customer portal activity may record an acceptance event, but the governing commercial document controls.

Taxes and third-party charges

Unless expressly stated otherwise, applicable taxes and third-party charges may be additional. Customer-provided information must be accurate and complete enough for reliable scoping.

Payment and recurring services

Payment terms, recurring charges, renewal terms, cancellation rights and service commitments are governed by the applicable agreement. Where a recurring or negative-option program is offered, material terms and cancellation mechanisms will be presented before enrollment as required by applicable law.

Conflicts

If these general website terms conflict with a fully executed customer agreement, statement of work, master services agreement or other governing commercial document, the executed document controls to the extent of the conflict.

Legal notice: These are general website terms and should be reviewed by qualified counsel for the final commercial contracting structure.
