No automatic service agreement
Submitting an inquiry, support request, quote request or proposal request does not itself create a service agreement, purchase order, warranty, SLA, emergency-response commitment or obligation for Rhumbu to accept an engagement. Paid services are governed by the applicable written commercial terms accepted by the parties.
Quotes and proposals
Quote and proposal requests are subject to review. Scope, assumptions, exclusions, pricing, taxes, travel, equipment, third-party charges, timing, validity and acceptance conditions are governed by the applicable quote, proposal, statement of work, master services agreement or other approved commercial document. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, scrape protected information, submit unlawful or abusive material, or use forms to send unsolicited or malicious content. Do not submit passwords, payment-card information, private keys or access tokens through public forms.
