Marketing & Advertising Disclosures
Last updated: October 8, 2026.
Rhumbu LLC is an IT services company. The marketing, advertising and communications described here relate to Rhumbu’s own internal marketing and lead-generation activities; they are not customer-facing digital marketing services offered by Rhumbu.
Advertising and commercial claims
Marketing claims should be accurate, supportable and presented in a manner that does not materially mislead the audience. Pricing, availability, service coverage, response times and performance statements may depend on scope, location, equipment, customer requirements and other conditions.
Testimonials, reviews and endorsements
We do not knowingly publish fabricated reviews or endorsements. Where a material connection exists between an endorser and Rhumbu LLC, the relationship should be disclosed clearly and conspicuously. Testimonials are not guarantees of a particular result.
Paid placements and affiliate relationships
If Rhumbu LLC uses paid placements, sponsorships, affiliate relationships or other compensated promotional arrangements, the commercial nature of the relationship will be disclosed where required.
Lead magnets and promotions
Free assessments, downloads, scorecards, consultations and promotional offers may have eligibility, availability or scope limitations. An offer does not create a service agreement unless Rhumbu LLC and the customer enter into an applicable agreement.
Email and SMS marketing
Commercial electronic communications will be managed with applicable unsubscribe, identification, consent and recordkeeping requirements. Transactional/service communications may continue where legally permitted because they are necessary to provide a requested service or manage an existing customer relationship.
Reviews
Customers are free to provide honest opinions. We do not condition service on a positive review, and any incentive program will be structured and disclosed consistently with applicable requirements.
Legal notice: This disclosure is not legal advice. Marketing programs involving endorsements, affiliates, text messaging, targeted advertising or regulated industries should receive jurisdiction-specific legal review.
